Terms of Service — Adcurare

01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Adcurare website at adcurare.com and the Adcurare Rigor Review tool (together, the "Service"), operated by Kaimen Inc. ("Adcurare," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

02 The Service

Adcurare provides AI-assisted, expert-verifiable evaluation of scientific evidence — clinical trials, publications, protocols, registries, and statistical analyses. The public Rigor Review tool is provided without an account for evaluation and informational purposes. Paid or confidential engagements are delivered under a separate written agreement (see Section 06).

03 AI Outputs Are Not Professional Advice

Rigor Review produces candidate findings, not conclusions. Outputs are generated with the assistance of automated systems and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not a substitute for professional judgment and do not constitute medical, clinical, legal, regulatory, or investment advice. Consequential decisions must be independently verified by a qualified person. A finding that flags a reporting omission or inconsistency is not an assertion of misconduct.

04 Acceptable Use

You agree to submit only material you have the right to submit, and not to use the Service to violate any law or third-party right. Because the public tool processes submissions through third-party AI providers (Section 05), do not submit confidential, embargoed, personal-health, or export-controlled information to the public tool — use a pilot engagement with the appropriate agreements in place instead. You agree not to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the rate limits or security of the Service.

05Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents and text you submit. You grant Adcurare a limited license to process that material solely to generate and deliver your analysis and, where you choose to share a report, to host the resulting Rigor Record at its unguessable link. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train third-party foundation models. Adcurare retains all rights to the Service, its methodology, models, and report format.

06Enterprise Pilots & Engagements

Diligence, clinical-development, and publication-quality engagements are scoped and governed by a separate written agreement, which typically includes confidentiality (NDA) and data-processing (DPA) terms. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

07Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that findings are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adcurare and Kaimen Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

08Changes & Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the public Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Kaimen Inc., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
